He has a lifetime involvement in farming locally and is a graduate of the California Ag Leadership program. Keith has served on various industries related boards and is well connected with the leaders in the agricultural community. Keith has also become involved in the real estate development industry out of necessity as the urban sprawl in northwest Bakersfield has affected the land owned by Keith’s operations.

ROB GEIS

S.V.P. Business Operations

Rob has been with Pacific Ag Management since inception in 2010 and is also a graduate of California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo, California and the California Ag Leadership program. He has experience as an agricultural lender and experience in managing custom processors (almond and cotton). Rob is responsible for all business operations/legal contracts/human resources & general management. Rob interacts with those involved in the daily farming operations and works closely with V.P. of Accounting, to generate reports necessary to support the farming operation. He also works closely with attorneys, lenders and consultants on various projects related to business operations.

GEORDY WISE

S.V.P. Farming Operations

Geordy has been with Pacific Ag Management Inc. since inception in 2010 and is a graduate of Clemson University. He is responsible for the “science” needed to run the farming operation. Geordy is a certified Pest Control Advisor and oversees the fertility program and the pest control program. He also works with the Heritage Equipment Co. to make sure the needs of the farms are met. Geordy is also available to provide input on management decisions regarding: planning, costs, production, capital improvements, etc.

BRIAN KNEALE

S.V.P. Accounting & Finance

Brian joined Pacific Ag Management Inc. in 2013 and is a graduate of California State University Fresno where he earned a Bachelor degree in Accounting. He has several years of experience in the field of Accounting and Information Technology. He is responsible for maintaining the financial data in accordance with GAAP and tax laws while ensuring proper separation of duties and checks and balances are in place. He also oversees the office staff responsible for the accounting functions necessary to support the operation. In addition, Brian oversees the implementation and maintenance of all computer technology for the business. He also works closely with Patrick Hoffman from their CPA firm.
