On Thursday, June 16, 2022, Gardiner Family of Companies President John Gardiner led the Pacific Ag Management and Heritage Equipment Co. leadership teams out of the office and out of their comfort zones to participate in a challenge course offered through the California State University, Bakersfield Recreation Center.
“It was a great day to learn from one another as we tested what those comfort zones were. It is easy to get caught up in our day-to-day jobs, forgetting that we are all humans. We get in rhythms; good, bad, or just coasting. The high ropes course challenged each of us differently, but we were all there for each other to help coach, push, support or be a helping hand.
We learned that with a little strategy, modest effort, and a lot of communication, we could achieve much more than we ever thought possible. It was a great day.”
